AYSO 1408 Refund Policy

  • All refunds must be in writing to refunds@ayso1408.com and include your full name complete home address where we can send the refund check to. Please read the note below.

Note: Requests submitted after review and approval will be mailed via USPS in a stamped envelope, an additional $1.50 deducted for postage and handling from the overall player fee refund. The $17.50 AYSO National membership fee for our Youth Soccer program or the AYSO Adult Soccer Membership Fee ($30) is non-refundable, once you check out and pay that payment becomes non-refundable.

  • A refund processing fee per player will be charged as follows:
    1. $1.50 will be deducted from the remaining player funds in order to process the checks and USPS mailing.
    2. NO REFUND FOR ANY REQUEST POSTMARKED AFTER Feb 4, 2018.

 

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
***THERE IS A $40.00 FEE FOR ALL NSF CHECKS***

The safety of our players and families is a prime consideration when determining if games should be cancelled due to inclement weather. If unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, force games to be cancelled, AYSO is not liable and there will be no refunds for unplayed games. There will be NO REFUNDS for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play.
